Green Building and Construction

SC&O’s new Green Building Practice Group will apply the same exceptional construction legal services its clients have come to expect toward those “green” issues faced by architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, developers, material suppliers, and insurers of architects, engineers and contractors. With the sustainability movement in full swing, SC&O is positioned to help its clients through these “green” projects – from inception to substantial completion – while minimizing unnecessary costs and risks associated with navigating the complexities of this burgeoning field.
