Symposium
Vic McConnell
will be serving on the Program Committee of the Fourth Annual
Healthcare Design & Construction Symposium on August 12, 2010 at
Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Each year, the
symposium brings together local and national leaders of the
healthcare industry, including owners, architects, engineers, and
contractors. Please find attached an

New Attorney Joins SC&O
We are pleased to announce that
Joshua K. Chesser has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Josh
received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and his law
degree from Tulane University School of Law. Josh has considerable
construction experience in accounting, management and operations
from his prior work at Shelby Contracting, Inc. in Huntsville,
Alabama. “We are excited that Josh has decided to join our firm to
start his legal career,” says founding member
