December 2008: Smith
Cashion & Orr PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of a
new Partner, Matthew DeVries, effective January 1, 2009.
DeVries joined the firm in July 2006 as a senior attorney from
the Washington, D.C. area. His practice concentrates on
construction law and commercial litigation. “I am honored to
join such a fine group of lawyers,” DeVries says. “In 2006,
they welcomed me to Nashville with open arms. Now, they
welcome me to their family. I am honored.”
Smith Cashion & Orr PLC is
also pleased to announce that Craig
Mangum has joined the firm as an associate. Mangum
receive his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.
In Florida, Mangum gained valuable experience in the field of
construction law while clerking for the Construction Industry
Licensing Board at the Florida Department of Business and
Professional Regulation.
