A native of Trussville, Alabama, Mason C. Rollins is an Associate with Smith Cashion & Orr, PLC. He concentrates his practice on representing contractors, subcontractors, owners, and developers in the areas of construction law. This representation includes contract negotiation, contract drafting, construction and commercial litigation.
Mr. Rollins received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama in 2015, where he was involved in the University Honors College, Business Honors Program, and Alabama Management Society.
In 2017, Mr. Rollins was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alabama School of Law where he was able to finish law school a semester early. While at the University of Alabama School of Law, Mr. Rollins was the President of the Business Law Society and participated in the Raise the Bar Mentoring Program. During law school, Mr. Rollins also interned with the United States Northern District Court of Alabama.
Mr. Rollins was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2018.
Mr. Rollins sat for the Alabama Bar in July of 2018 and is currently awaiting his results.
