Joseph A. Tisone

A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Joseph A. Tisone joined Smith Cashion & Orr, PLC as an Associate in 2023.

Mr. Tisone’s practice focuses primarily on representing contractors, subcontractors, and owners in construction disputes. This representation also includes contract negotiation, commercial litigation, and homeowner disputes.

Mr. Tisone attended Louisiana State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Trade and Finance. After graduating from Louisiana State University in 2020, Mr. Tisone went straight to law school. In 2023, Mr. Tisone was awarded a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law.

Mr. Tisone was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2023. Mr. Tisone is currently a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Nashville Bar Association, and the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel (“TACC”).
